i had booked a watch thru online dated 22nd june 2020 Ref no 42007 ( this is taken from the package delivered to me).. i received a COD today from Shiv Trading vide Blue Dart airway bill no 79568161330 which contained a set of earphones which is not the product i ordered.

I went back and checked whether the company has sent me an order confirmation or email since it was given at time of booking the product , however could not find any mail from this company giving details of the product booked …

I opened the package in front of the blue dart delivery guy and i am attaching the video here wherein clearly this is a case of fraud and treachery and no mistake .
