We have received an order no. 405-2171658-2795505 on 11.Sep.2021 , we have dispatched or shipped the original product to the customer on the date 17.Sep.2021 order was delivered to the customer, on next day customer return the order and amazon courier team picked up the returned order but on date 28.Sep.2021 we have received the returned order when we are open the order packing then found the original item is missing and inside found the old keyboard instead of the old product.. we have sufficient evidence to prove that the original item was sent to the customer.. for your reference we have attached the returned order images.
