Sir/Madam
This is to inform you that I placed an order for Vanheusen shirts through Amazon on 5/5/23 through the cash on delivery option. The delivery person delivered the item on 7/5/23 at 1.14 pm after paying the amount of Rs 769 through Google Pay. When I checked the item, instead of a shirt, a handbag was there. I didn’t open the package, and I called customer care and raised the complaint on 7/5/23 at 1.40 pm. The customer care agent raised my complaint and promised me to pick up the item and a refund would be issued. The item was picked up on May 10th, but I haven’t received a refund so far.
I called customer care on 17/5/23 regarding the refund, and they said that I returned a different item.
I raised the complaint on the same day when I received the item; instead of a shirt, they delivered a handbag.
I have been an Amazon regular customer since 2012, and this is the first time it has happened like this. I promise you, whatever the item I received, I returned it. I did not open the pack either.
I have attached all the proof herewith for your reference. Please consider the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
