Delivery of Wrong Product
Grievance Details : Order date 05-Mar-2019 Order # 408-8229956-5276311 Order total 91,900.00 (1 item) received today on 11.03.19 but waht was delivered as S9 plus black instate of S10 plus black. I have already share all image of related product. So i wants to returned this item and refund the amount Mobile no.9073312305

Grievance Updated Details : Calling No-9073312305 Product type- Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus black handset Date of Order-05/03/2019 Date of Payment-05/03/2019 Date of delivery-11/03/2019 Registered Contact No-9073312305 Registered Email [email protected] Grievance Details-Consumer call to state that he ordered a Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus black handset and paid Rs.91,900/- on 05/03/2019.Company delivered the handset on 11/03/2019 .After delivery he noticed that company delivered Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus black handset .He contact with company through phone and send mail with the grievance number (Email [email protected] , [email protected] ,[email protected]).They told him to call back on 19/03/2019 through mail .But when he contact with company through phone they suggest him wait for 3-4 working days .They does not provide any confirmation .So he wants to send his grievance .Now he wants the refund.
