I ordered a surprise gift for my nephew’s birthday, It was open box delivery but I didn’t share the details because it was a surprise.
A different brand product was delivered and received by my sister, moreover the product was not working.

I had created multiple return request but everytime the opened issue was closed before the deadline without approving the return request, I contacted to the customer care but they also don’t have any proper answer.
