I had ordered a LG full automatic machine 6.2 kg on 5th October,21 which was not delivered due to seller problem I was asked by preeti, an associate of Amazon, to place another order of any product for which the difference amount will be compensated by Amazon after the other product ordered return window expires. But today when I called to give me my difference they are refusing it on the grounds that I ordered a different product when this thing was clearly discussed on 19th October, 21 call. I would kindly request to listen to the recording and refund me the difference amount as was agreed on 19th October, 21 call.
