I purchased a Diesel watch last year and in just a couple months, the gasket came off and the watch would pop open easily. I sent it to FG Services to get repaired 3 months ago in the packaging and just barely got it back. When I got it back I noticed the glass was scratched and the watch was returned in bubble wrap. When I called to ask what had happened, they said they were not responsible for this and said the watch was like this when sent. I have images of the day I sent the watch and can prove that the watch was not scratched. It even looks like they replaced it with another because it looks of a cheaper material. They also did not return the box of packaging that I sent it in to ensure it would not get damaged. When i call to complain and inquire about it, Diesel nor FG Services takes any responsibility for these damages and say that they have thrown away the box where the watch comes in. It is a huge hassle and I wont be buying any more products from them if this is how its going to go down
