My rbl bank has generated the card statement on 12 may amount 95000 which I have paid on dated 14th May 21 using cred app UTR no 113320521933 and order I’d 6LZZDD2DRX4W BUT RBL BANK NOT RECEIVE AMY MONEY WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAIL. Now RBL bank generated new statement where the bank charge due of last month with late gst and other charges with amount 103074 rs approx
Cred has debited money from my account but neither pay it to bank nor refund it to me
