Hello there, I have ordered MI powerbank worth rupees 2150 from my amazon account, The day I received it it looked old and product had scratches on it. Product had its replacement policy, but no one came to pick my product for 5-7 days, I contacted customer service on amazon and had words with amazon agent, they told me your pickup has even scheduled yet you can do one thing, I am putting return request for your order and I am cancelling your verification because it has its scratches and pickup agent may deny to pick. And you’ll get your refund then you can order new one. Next day pickup agent came to pick my order and I gave it AS IT IS. All packed with their data cable, Box, Bill and even amazon box. I didn’t got my refund for more than 10 days and when I called amazon again for my refund they told me to talk to supervisor in amazon and put my call on hold for 45 mins then executive told me THAT THEY received DIFFERENT ITEM. I asked them I sent exactly same product that I received but they told me they cant provide me my refund and they simply disconnected my call. Next day I called again, they told me same thing they received different product. I asked for proof but they denied. I also told them to send me my product back if you can’t give my refund they denied for that too. And they said THEY CANT HELP ME ANYHOW. My 2150 is stuck with amazon and I don’t how foolish I was to trust amazon blindly. Amount of 2150 matters to me and they JUST SIMPLE DISCONNECT MY CALL EVERYTIME BY SAYING WE CANT HELP. I hope you’ll help me out. I am waiting for your consideration and your sincerity towards your customers facing issues. Thankyou.
