Paytm has deducted my amount twice for the same order and I have already produced all the evidence against cancelled payment but from the paytm side they are deliberately procastinating my issues..there’s all customer care give me always false assurance.they all are very unprofessional and irresponsible by behavior.They do not reply on my query.I have called them many times and I have got nothing but false assurance. So I kindly request you to take a strict action against them and now I don’t want only refund but also compensation amount for doing mental torture till yet and also for wasting my precious time so they can learn a lesson.
