I ordered a Hair Treatment Hair Treatment Root Nutrients Neo Hair Lotion 120 ml. Green Wealth by LITTLE BEE from amazon of price INR 3,980.00 and I got a defective product then i contact amazon team and i said i got product without proper packing and my item is defective they said sorry for the inconvenience sir, your money will be refunded for this you have to send a pic and your name and date on a blank paper with product. I send them after 1 day they blocked my account and send a mail to me( we close your account for violating our Conditions) then i mail them they said we can’t share any additional information regarding this and don’t contact amazon support team your account blocked and you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site.
Now yesterday i mail them to reopen my account otherwise I’ll go for legal action they said We don’t comment on this we’ll directly contact from legal team.
My account had prime membership and expiry date was 21jun i lost my 3 month prime service as well as my money and account also.
They blocked my account on 30th march 2022.
I want they refund my money and reopen my account and give me 3 month prime plan.
Please help me I’m suffering from 4 months.
