Hi,

My order id ep2397483 and AWB No. 14326021652354.
I haven’t received the packet yet. Status of order on Dhani portal says “Delivered”,
May I know to whom it is delivered. I immediately called xpressbees customer care 02049116100 and
they escalated the concern. Called 9870220645 and he said the packet is in the office,
will be delivered in the evening and in the evening he said to talk to customer care for the same.
After two days I received automated calls from Dhani saying your order status has been changed.
Call recording and screenshots attached for your reference. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
