My order was on 25th September 2022 on Dunzo.. I ordered Parle Milano Chocolate Chip Cookies not Parle Hide&Seek Milano Collections Chocolate Chip Biscuits.. I received 3 correct & 3 incorrect.. As you can see the images which I have shared below.. Rs. 40 each makes it Rs. 120 for 3 incorrect items which I haven’t received.. So I want Rs. 120 refund asap..
P.S. This was not the first time.. I received 3 consecutive refunds on same incorrect items but this time they replied “After a detailed review of your refund request, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to process the refund for this order. We will definitely pass this issue to the concerned team to ensure this does not happen again.” Means they will continued to deliver incorrect items in future and won’t refund to their customers..
