Text of Complaint by Aaradhya Tripathi:

Sir I ordered icecream from Kwality walls and after few minutes I got a call from swiggy and a woman said that ma’am the delivery boy met with an accident so the order will take time to deliver, so you want to cancel it or you can wait for it. I said that no issue ma’am I can wait for it, again after few minutes I got another call and she said that sorry ma’am we are cancelling your order because it couldn’t be possible to deliver it and your refund amount will be sent in your source account. I said ok but make sure you send my money back. Sir I didn’t receive my money and when I’m complaining they said that I cancelled my order with my own choice so I won’t be able to receive any amount. This is cheating sir. Kindly send my money back because I’m not so rich and I’m not lying.
