Dear sir,
I have ordered poco x3 on 15th of Apr 2021 as COD on 16th of Apr i hade make payment through UPI id but unfortunately i was not available at that time of delivery and raised complaint regarding the same on 16th of Apr they promised to refund the payment once the product reached the seller.After 5 days i hade make a call to customer care regarding the refund again asked 5 more days but problem not resolved after continuously making complaint more than 10 times i didn’t get any solution today morning i called regarding this again same thing now telling some new storie that product still in EKART Logistics so you call the ekat customer care number 8067982222 ask them to cancell the order but the number they given is is not working i dont no what to do such a worst experience in flipkart so please solve the issue and refund payment in original payment mode i have attached the upi transaction made and Order id is OD121536100204622000 and complaint reference number IN21041211222490951564,
