I was traveling in train from katihar to Delhi on 6th July 2023. On the same day I have ordered pizzas worth of rs.1234 . I did the payment via Paytm. The food was supposed to be delivered in Gorakhpur station. But I received nothing. It was an absolutely utter experience for me and my family that after paying the Full amount I still didn’t received the food also , the irctc e-catering app was showing delivered is cherry on the top . I did submitted the feedback to them that order didn’t received to me but there is no idea when I’ll receive my refund.
