Someone from Airtel called me n informed to upgrade setup box to Airtel XStream as it contains extra features at an offer price of 2000 Rs.
So I placed an order on Saturday n received message stating it’ll be delivered on same day that is 30-May-2020. From that day till today 4th June, I didn’t receive my set-up box n technicians call me confirming the delivery address.
Everyday I’m in contact with support wasting 30 to 45 mins but no resolution. Finally I gave up, the support just tells to wait for 24 hrs but then nothing happens. Very very frustrated
