Text of Complaint by Varunya:

I booked a Oyo room on 25th of November in chennai at a hotel named “Madurai Alagar” but later when we visited the hotel we were said no rooms were available so we were denied room so we contacted Oyo and they themselves cancelled the room but i didn’t receive my refund till day ,in the app it shows as refund sucessful but it isn’t reflected into my bank account . Even after calling the customer care many times they just put us on hold and then later after 10mins they end up the call without any proper response. So annoying,is there any way to deal with this legally!
