We ordered our food however that application was hanging adue to which the in the map location was something else the delivery guy called us and asked us if he can cancel the order we said yes however he didn’t cancel the saying stating the agent support team is not answering so please check on application you’ll get your refund we did the same we checked, chat agent has denied us for a cancelation so we thought order haven’t canceled yet we ordered again and after that I’m seeing your refund is rejected like why? And nkw they are not giving me my money back in my pay later account
