I’ve placed an order on Fashchic 15 website (http://www.fashchic15.com/) on 8 August 2021. Order number is 312101. I have successfully made the payment using Paytm UPI (ref ID: 122030568273). But my order is not delivered yet. And I am getting no response to my e-mails.

I booked my products on 3sep 2021 ..from fashchic15.. They’ve some scheme like get your order within 3-7 days.. But I’m waiting from 15+days and they still not replying to any of my mail which I’m sending them daily.
I’ve many screenshots to prove my statement right.. I don’t know what to do or say but they don’t look authentic!
