Hi
This is Srikanth, I’ve purchsed a product (Order no: 6109443976) which the seller send a wrong one , consequently I’ve returned the product for replacement. But no product came to me thereafter. Ive tried to contact the paytm but they seem to like blocked my registered phone number, so later I’ve send them a mail , but I didn’t find answer in that response what all they say, I’ve attached the mail copies please find the same. Few weeks later I’ve mentioned in complaint that they had to call me , if they don’t I gonna file a complaint in consumer Forum , and I did get a call later he mentioned he sent some mail and reply the bank details for NEFT, so I did the same the mail says it will take 14 days to refund the full amount and I’ve waited for that I dont get the refund amount. I thought I’ve been looted by the PayTm please help me to recover my money.
