Its more than 3 months from when i terminated my excitel connection firstly they promised to give refund in 1 month then they said 3months but now its 4months and i didnt got my refund and customer team asked my bank details bcz they are saying they arent able to transfer in my last payment mode but after that also ididnt got any money please help pleaseee
