i have cancelled my tickets which i booked through irctc app and the paytment gateway was paytm but i didn’t yet received my amount of 1720 please look at my matter its being more then a month that i didn’t got my money

irctc is showing that my amount has been refunded but it has not actually reflected in my account

please help me my bank and irctc says that contact to paytm but when i contacted no one replied to me..
