A few days ago, I ordered a product called ‘Milton Ernesto Jr set pack.’ Upon inspection, I discovered some defects and requested a replacement. The delivery person arrived at my home for the exchange but requested the OTP before proceeding. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the OTP at that moment as it is sent to my father’s registered mobile number, which was out of network coverage. At 5 pm, my father texted me the OTP. I then called the delivery person using the company’s provided number after receiving the OTP. During the call, he requested the OTP and assured me he would come to replace the product in a few hours. I shared the OTP as requested. However, neither the delivery person nor the replacement has arrived. How can I contact him and proceed with replacing my product?
