I had returned 2 items on ajio app. Item was picked up successfully and refund was initiated but didn’t refund the amount by the promised date. The complained the customer representative, they said to wait for more 5 days. I waited till then but still didn’t get the refund. I complained the customer service again then they blocked my account without prior notice. Now I am unable to get my refund amount and ajio wallet amount back. Please help me to get my 6000 back.
