On 17th Dec 2022 I ordered viral girl non padded bra, order I’d #405-1146997-8893166 pack of 3. I received the order on 23rd of December 2022 but found only 2 quantities instead of 3. I immediately exchanged it on amazon. The delivery guy who came to pick said it can’t be exchanged and he cancelled the exchange request. Then I tried to return the product but there were no options on the application so I called to the customer care and she returned it and said the order will be picked up from your location and refund will be initiated to your amazon pay upi In 2-3 business days. The order got picked up but I didn’t get refund. Then again I tried calling to the customer care service. The guy said your order had reached us on 8th Jan 2023 and you will get refund of it on 11th Jan 2023. And I didn’t get the refund on 11th Jan 2023. Again I called the customer care service and she said we only get 1 quantity so you can’t get refund of it and I can’t help you. You should mail to Amazon.
