On 16th apirl i was transferring my funds to another account when I enter my pin it’s showing “Payment Faild” and money deducted from my account I raise a complaint from “help & support” they told me “within 2 days you will receive your money back” but I didn’t receive and today I was trying to contact them from help line number and waitied for 40min+ on call and no support executive attend call.
