I purchased grocery worth Rs.651 on 22-Jul-2023. When I paid first by UPI, the payment got successful from my side, it didn’t generate any receipt.
Then they asked me to pay again and I paid again. I should get refund for the fist payment.
I didn’t get it till now.
I raised request/complaint to the customer care, but they didn’t resolve it.
