I booked a hotel from Agoda app and after checking overall details about the hotel I found that hotel and that contact number does not exist then I cancelled the booking day after and there is full refund before cancellation of 23 Dec. The app shows money was refunded but I didn’t get the refund. Now it’s been a 15 days but didn’t got the refund. I called customer care for 5 times but they also not giving me a satisfied answer. Please help with that.
