I ordered a jack & Jones jacket from Flipkart. I return the product the product was collected by the courier person on 17 October. On 18 October I got a message from Flipkart that my return request is cancelled due to product miss match. When I call the helpline number they said that your product is not collected. After calling so many times they said that your product is picked up but it was not updated by the courier person that it was collected and you get your product back. After some time they said that if a product collected once yo can’t get the product back but don’t worry you get your refund. Now again they are saying that your product is not collected. And again refuse to refund the product
