Sir i order a shoes from amazon and after getting that shoes i come to know that it is little bigger than i expected after that i put it on refund as their is no exchange option there….. But sir after so many days when i didnt get my refund i call amazon customer care they told me that i send a wrong product to them thats why they didnt issue the refund… Sir at the time they pick the return the item was checked by the courier pick up guy after checking the item then they take the product and proceed it to the next step…. But sir how can my product changed….. Sir i think the courier pick up guy changed the product inbetween the pickup point and warehouse….. Sir it is my request to you plzz help me to get my refund
