Text of Complaint by Vishwajeet Singh:

I purchased a pendant on 13th September 2022 from Perfect Mart. Was expecting delivery as seen in the confirmed order details. I didn’t receive the product yet, mailed them but didn’t get any reply. So please look into this matter. They gave me Ekart tracking order number (NMBP0013573390) with Order Number (3017)
Now I just want my money back
