Text of Complaint by Hemant panigrahi:

I just ordered an mobile battery from Amazon at 8th March which is delivered me to 15th March. the product was defected not working properly that’s why I had to change it by replacing it with another one they come and take my battery for replacement but they didn’t give me another one same product in replacement of my old one ..they asked for refund I said yes but till yet they didn’t give my money back yet it’s 1 month 7 days now I just tired from calling customer support again and again
