I order with Rajdhani restaurant(Nexus Forum mall, hyderabad) on ” 31st Jan 2023″. I ordered 3 items out of which only 1 is delivered. When I reached delivery partner he asked to reach restaurant, when I called restaurant they accepted and said that they will provide approval to Zomato on refund, and asked me to reach Zomato support.
Zomato support literally tested my patience , I have to reach multiple people to tell my concern nd at last one agent said that restaurant didn’t gave any approval to them to generate the refund and they added Zomato cant initiate a refund in this case.
After waiting for 100 mins for an order, they delivered only one part of it and no one is there to respond to my concern. over this , they didn’t provided my refund back. Such a worst support i see. I literally felt to raise a complaint immediately against Rajdhani restaurant and Zomato.
I placed order on Zomato Platform and paid via Zomato . So it is Zomato’s responsibility to deliver my order correctly and safely else they should initiate refund in cases like mine. This way of cheating customers is unacceptable and want to raise a complaint against both Rajdhani restaurant and Zomato.
As I am not getting resolution from Zomato after several attempts. Raising a complaint here.
