Text of Complaint by Soumojit Roy:

On 11th August I ordered 5 plates of Chicken Fried from BAR-BQ on Zomato. Order number- 4251419446. I received only 2 plates. I did not get any refund. Even after repeated emails and tries through app, I did not get any communication from your side. What kind of service is this? I paid the full money before order and I didn’t get what I ordered now my money is also stuck.
Please look into this and give an urgent resolution.
