202223344425 is my order id which i have placed on 24th july in fireboltt website. But i have cancelled the order ie.i have refused the order. The product is also returned to the service centre on 5th august but i haven’t received any kind of refund from the fireboltt. I have called many times to their customer care number but they are not picking the call. And they are not responding to my mails.
