Text of Complaint by Aruna Sivakumar:

I have ordered cosmetics worth 2668 rs from https://hanabibeauty.in/ on 28th July and got deliver on 3rd Aug ORDER #HB7900
The package i received has a broken honey bottle may be worth 30rs.
Their site is down now. The courier was delivered by Xpressbee and i gave cash on delivery. I have send a mail raising complain to refund.
