Dear Team,
I have purchased grocery items on July 31st 2023 and on 1st aug 2023 I have got delivery confirmation message but product is not delivered .I have raised so many tickets but they resolved the issue like below .
Hi, We are writing to you about your order. Based on our internal checks and input from the courier service provider, we would like to confirm that the product was delivered at address. We would like to thank you for your understanding
No one is talked about anything .they are just posting these things continuously.
Please help me to get my order or my money.
