This is regarding about the purchase I made on 04-07-2020 from the website called “The Lucky Men”, e-com website which I came to know about this website through Facebook adds.
After placing order and paying online for the purchase, I even received a confirmation mail stating Order No T7189 confirmed still the product has not been delivered. The website is totally unresponsive and there is no contact info for any query. After learning from various sources it seems this website is a fake one and there are many victims.
I would like to complain about ” The Lucky Men” that its a fake website and is misusing our social media platforms right under the nose of competitive authorities. I also would like to file a formal complain about “Facebook” who run the adds without verifying the credential and genuineness of the websites.
It is requested to authorities to look into matter and take necessary actions against such fraudster companies/people.
