I ordered a product on 16th October 2022 and it was scheduled to be delivered by 19th October 2022. The status shows that it has reached the nearest hub on 18th October 2022 but there is no activity after that. As of today 27th October 2022 I have not received the product yet. Connected with flipkart customer care SIX times but every time I get the same answer that It will be done asap but no action has been taken.
I have purchased it on EMI, so it’s very disgusting that the EMI has been started but I have not received the product yet.
