I took a loan from Zest for MBA where they stated that monthly interest has to be paid with the EMI but will be refunded after 7-10 working days. Every month I have to follow up with them and remind the to send the same, without my reminders they do not take any action, but this month (March), they haven’t provided the cashback till date even after multiple followups on emails with them. They just keep on sending the same reply, we are working on it, time and again.
