I placed an order for RIVERSOFT SF-15 PRO abs shower and tap filter for hard water with 15 stage (Chrome, Pack of 1) [Order# 408-9641943-8357156] on June 12, 2022. The app is showing it was delivered on 15-Jun-2022, with a note saying “Package was handed to a receptionist”.
But, I did not receive any call from the delivery person, neither it was delivered. The delivery address is my home address and it is an individual home. It does not have any a receptionist.
I called the customer care. They said to wait till 21st June and I would receive the product. It has been almost 4 months, I still has not receive the product.
Neither I received the product, not get refund. Amazon is not taking any responsibility. They are not even able to locate the delivery person.
