I received a parcel on 25th. But as I and my husband we both were not keeping well (had cold cough and fever) we did not open the parcel and check it. When we opened it after 5th day i.e. on Saturday (as we get time on weekends only) we saw only one bedsheet in that parcel. We thot may be the second bedsheet will get delivered in few days so we waited. Then finally I called helpdesk on 1st Sep to raise complain about one undelivered bedsheet. But the helpdesk person said that I should have raised it within 5 days and according to their policy they cannot do anything regarding this. And they refused to raise any complaint or take any action on this. I have lost my 1000rs and also lost my mental peace as well.
