hi,
i recently recharged my vodafone number 7867844265 for 249. The actual offer given by u was for 249 – unlimited calls + 3GB Data/data + 100 SMS/day validity: 28 Days. I have attached the document for your reference. It named in “offer”. But what i received was only 1.5GB. I have attached the documents for that also. And contacted customer care for 9 times they say it’s not in their hands mail the Vodafone. I mailed to vodafonecare.chn@vodafoneidea.com 3 times still no reply. The customer service is very bad.
