I’m writing as I have not received my binge box for the payment I had made payment for OTT + binge (7900 +) and dth (185 rs). I’m trying to get this done however I m just asked to run to dth and then to Tata play with no solution. I had made payment around 16th of Feb and still I have not received any solution even after escalating so much. It is a nightmare and no one is responding. Kindly look into it at the earliest. Attaching the offer i have received and payment and process done through Tata play fiber app
