Text of Complaint by Sandra Dcruz:

Hi,

I had placed a delivery of cake order from Dunzo on 10th October, while making the payment, it did not show that the payment was done so j did it again and the amount 1310 was debited twice. I got an immediate refund for the double debit, however when the dunzo person reached the cake shop, I asked him twice if he will be able to deliver the cake safely and he said he will but the cake was smashed and it was a customized cake so we couldn’t.arrange for another similar one. I raised a complaint to Dunzo on 11th October and they said they will refund the amount but after following.up numerous times, they responded that they will not. This is sheer lack of commitment and dishonesty. I have sent them email proofs of their communication ad the damaged cake pic but still nothing
