I ordered a Bed from Wakefit on 23 sep 22. They delivered it on 1oct and carpenter came following day, they that Tools are missing so, i immediate complained. After 10 days later i called for status but they didn’t gave anything and told me they have escalated the issue. For next ten days i called and emailed them frequently for Status and result was same nothing. Finally on 20 oct they told me that the required tool was not available. They told me to give them time (20days was not enough) once they received an update that they provide tool they’ll give me full replacement. And for another 10days they were neither able to provide me tools nor they are giving me Refund or replacement. But after many many calls later On 30 oct they told me that they now have the tool so they will try to ship it as soon as they can and Now as of 5 Nov they could not even say that they have shipped the tools. I had enough of sleeping floor. I just want my money. please help
