I did not order anything and received the item worth rupees 320 from delhivery courier service and on their website when I call it says it’s ordered from ftpl surface
Without otp how can I receive the item on every ordered item there is ask for otp
And in this order no otp was asked and
How can the order come on my address exactly the same address
