ORDER NUMBER OD225473539495468000 I have ordered this on 15th July and I was informed that it will be delivered on 18th July but it was not delivered and 21st July I got a message that it can not be delivered due to prolonged delivery date. Now I used Flipkart Axis Bank credit card to pay 10999 and upon this I should get that money but I did not get it yet. Now I want my money back so I called customer care but nobody helped me instead they gave false promises that your product is cancelled and you will get refund but till now I did not get it. Now for your mistake 8 need to pay money for this wherein I am actually not supposed to pay. Please escalate this and give refund ASAP.
Your Flipkart customer care people does not listen to people and they just disconnect the calls please monitor them.
