This is a formal complaint against Airtel.
I recharged for 99Rs prepaid on 6th July. It should give me around 2hrs talk time. I used the phone twice to talk not more than 10 minutes. Airetel has eaten up all my talktime. Pls note than this is cheating customers, a fraudulent practice by Airtel. They did not give me the talk time I paid for, hence I am reaching out to you.
I wrote to their customer care on 25th July. there is not a single reply from them. Please help nab these malpractices. Help me get refund
